Registration Information
Each golfer and team registration includes a continental breakfast, lunch, complimentary green fees (for future use) for each player and prizes.
The Games and Gathering registration includes entrance to the club where various games and gathering functions will be offered, including card games, board games and Wii video games. A golf pro will be available to provide lessons for a minimal additional fee. For those interested in participating, there will be a free shuttle leaving Trinity Episcopal Church at 9:30 am, May 19, 2008 for transportation to and from the event.

Team Entry (one foursome) $440/$450
Single Player $110/$120
Games and Gathering Only
(non-playing parties) $20/$30
Registration and entry fees are due by: May 9,

Once you have completed the form please click the submit button to receive
an invoice for the amount you owe to the church. The individual you
list as the main point of contact will be contacted if payment has not
been received by May 12, 2008.
